NaNoWriMo has begun...

Post by JL Zenor » Mon Nov 02, 2015 4:43 pm

How are you guys doing with your projects? Mine is going a lot slower than I had hoped. Maybe I just haven't been working out my creative muscle in a while? I have been doing a lot of planning for months, but not much writing.

My issue is that I have very distinct scenes that I know what happens, but getting to said scenes is what's slowing me down. I did seem to get some momentum last night, but I think part of my problem is switching over from the editor to the writer.

I noticed that you were struggling a bit... Only 4k? Joe and I were expecting you to hit 10 :D

So how's NaNo going for everyone? 2/3 of the way there...

Yikes. If it's only 2/3 done, then that means my novel will be 123,000 words . . .

Yeah, I calculated out that I got 82k so far, so adding another third to that would get me 123k :P

*plots to beat Ben's 123k words.* Okay, just kidding. I'm about 10-15k from finishing this book. Depending, I might start book 3 of the trilogy this month. Over all I'm happy with how this month is going.
